How does the purchase process work?
At Alpha Sheds, we offer many customizable options to fit your backyard and storage needs. Once you have an idea of what you’re looking for in an accessory building, we will come out and meet in person, discuss different sizes and options as well as gather paint colors, and shingle colors. The placement of the building on the property, as well as door placement.
From there an estimate is sent and if accepted, we require a 50 percent deposit on most builds, and the remaining 50 due upon completion.
Do you have models to look at?
At Alpha we are a custom built shed company who builds each and every building onsite. That said, we do not have a showroom or lot filled with sheds to look at.
The downside to this is not being able to see the quality of the work we do, or the pride taken on each build.
The Upside is that it keeps our overhead low not having a show floor lot so that we can keep our prices competitive.
Do you work with HOA’s?
After years of working with many different HOA communities all over central Texas we have learned to accommodate almost any situation or requirement they may have. And as a standard our buildings meet most HOA requirements. From the custom matching paint, matching shingle colors, following setback requirements as well as height limitations. We have you covered on the HOA front.
What kind of materials do you use?
We believe that everyone should have access to a high-quality shed, which is why we offer our sheds at affordable prices. Our sheds are built to the highest standards. Treated floor system, 3/4” T&G subfloor.
2x4” wall and truss framing, 1/2” roof sheeting, lifetime architectural shingles (color matched to home when needed), engineered siding panels, custom doors with heavy duty hardware, high grade exterior paint.
What if we cancel or need a refund?
At Alpha we completely understand that life comes up. We are a small family owned business and do everything we can to accommodate our clients needs no matter how custom. However we also understand that things happen where you may need a deposit refund.
In cases where refunds are requested, we will do a full refund if no work has been done, refunds will generally be returned via the same platform they were delivered, if not available, a cashiers check will be issued.
Refunds will be issued within 21 days of the refund request in most cases.
Warranty
We offer a 5 year warranty on every building, covering everything on the product manufacturer and workmanship end. Does not cover acts of nature like floods, tornados, hurricanes, etc.
